iPhone 13 series now official

One of the most anticipated smartphones of 2021, the iPhone 13 series, has been officially revealed.

The newiPhone 13and 13 minikept the same flat design but with a new diagonal camera design. It now also has a new Pink color option.

They are now powered by the latest A15 Bionic Chip that has a 6-core CPU and a 4-core GPU.

The neural engine it comes with improves the camera usability that helps identify elements within the image.

Speaking of the camera, it now has a larger 12-megapixel sensor with a bright f/1.6 aperture. Sensor-shift stabilization is also onboard. The 12-megapixel ultra-wide also promises the take better images.

Cinema Mode was also added that intelligently handles the focus when shooting artistic videos.

Apple also promised hardware and software optimizations to improve battery life. The best part is, MagSafe technology now works on the non-Pro models.

Instead of changing the looks, the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max uses a new material and now comes in a new Blue color. The best we can get is a narrower notch. Albeit, Apple said the internals have been improved to cram all the new hardware.

Like the non-Pro models, they are also powered by the new A15 Bionic chips. But this time, it has a more powerful 5-core GPU.

One of the biggest upgrades is the inclusion of the ProMotion that intelligently switches the refresh rate up to 120Hz for better smoothness while saving battery.

Of course, the iPhone 13 Pro series have new cameras. The ultra-wid camera takes brighter images and now can be used for macro photography. A new software feature called Photographic Styles is also added.

Apple’s ProRes Video is also coming to the iPhone that works well on Final Cut Pro editing software.

Like the non-Pro models, the 13 Pro lasts 1.5 hours longer while the Pro Max lasts 2.5 hours longer than their predecessors.
